Support for Bet365 Enhanced/Boosted Odds

I want the API to expose Bet365 enhanced odds / boosted odds / improved odds. Currently, the /v3/odds endpoint only returns standard Moneyline odds (e.g., 1.95/3.50/3.90) even when the Bet365 app shows enhanced prices (e.g., 2.00/3.54/4.15). This is important for users who need to track or bet on boosted markets which often offer better value than standard lines.
