Provide bookmaker event ID instead of URL

Or as well as the URL.

If the event ID is provided instead of a complete URL, we can easily build the URL ourselves.
For Bet365, a Bet365.com url is provided which leads to Cloudflare blocks for users that use Bet365.sk, Bet365.de etc. (Yes also outside of this Cloudflare outage right now).

For Kambi, a unibet.com url is provided. Which again is unusable for users in different countries.
