Mini Pricing Tier (500-1000 req/hr, 2 bookies)

I want a smaller pricing tier between the Free plan and the £99 Starter plan. Specifically, I need about 500-1000 requests per hour and only 2 bookies. The current Starter plan is too expensive for my needs as I don't need the extra bookies or the 5,000 requests/hour capacity.
