Enable 10BET for /value-bets endpoint
I want 10BET to be enabled for the /value-bets endpoint. Currently, it returns an empty list even when selected in the dashboard, which suggests it's not in the scanner pool. Adding it would allow me to track value bets for this bookmaker alongside others like Unibet and ComeOn.
