Betfair Lay Prices and Liquidity Data

I want to be able to access Betfair Exchange lay prices and liquidity data. This is important because I want to find arbitrage opportunities where Tab's back price is higher than the Betfair back/lay spread midpoint, especially in illiquid markets.
