Add BTTS market for Winpot MX

User is requesting the addition of the BTTS (Both Teams to Score) market for the bookmaker Winpot MX. Currently, the API only provides ML and Totals for this bookmaker, even though BTTS is available on the Winpot website. This is particularly needed for lower-tier leagues like Spain Tercera Federación.
