Odds Metadata (Sub On Play, Extra Time)

I want the API to include metadata for odds such as 'Sub On Play ON' and 'Includes Extra Time'. This is important for player prop markets like Player Fouls Committed, Player To Be Fouled, and Player Tackles to understand the specific rules/conditions of the bet.
